Acne scarring is a common concern among many of our patients. The type of acne scarring one can expect depends on the type of acne and how it was treated. Acne scars range in appearance; from shallow depressions to deep and narrow pits. The scars may be skin coloured or darker, or pinkish.

For severe acne, the scarring may be deep, requiring a treatment that is able to reach deep beneath the surface to induce dermal remodelling.
