Dual Yellow Laser

Advanced Melasma, Pigmentation and Redness Management

Dual Yellow Laser is a non-ablative dual-wavelength laser treatment designed to address melasma, pigmentation and vascular-related skin concerns. By combining yellow and green laser wavelengths, it targets both excess pigment and underlying vascular factors that contribute to uneven skin tone and persistent pigmentation.

What Is Dual Yellow Laser?

Dual Yellow Laser combines two complementary wavelengths:

  • 578nm Yellow Laser -Reduces underlying blood vessels and erythema by affecting VEGF, which may help lighten areas of melasma

  • 511nm Green Laser - Fragmentates epidermal melanin to reduce visible pigmentation

Together, these wavelengths help target both epidermal pigmentation and vascular changes commonly associated with melasma. Unlike more aggressive laser treatments, Dual Yellow Laser works without damaging the skin surface, making it suitable for patients seeking gradual improvement with minimal downtime.
