Eye Bag Surgery
Restore A Smoother, More Refreshed Under-Eye Appearance
Eye Bag Surgery is a surgical procedure designed to improve prominent under-eye bags caused by protruding fat pads, loose skin and age-related structural changes. By removing or repositioning excess fat and, where appropriate, tightening surrounding tissues, the procedure restores a smoother and more youthful lower eyelid contour while maintaining a natural appearance.
What Is Eye Bag Surgery?
Eye Bag Surgery, also known as lower eyelid surgery, is performed to improve the appearance of under-eye bags and puffiness. Depending on your individual anatomy, the procedure may involve removing or repositioning excess fat beneath the eyes and tightening loose tissues to create a smoother transition between the lower eyelid and cheek.
The procedure is customised according to each patient's anatomy and aesthetic goals to achieve a natural, refreshed result rather than an over-corrected appearance.

How Eye Bag Surgery Works
What to Expect
-
Your surgeon evaluates your under-eye anatomy, skin quality and facial proportions before recommending the most appropriate surgical approach.
-
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, with sedation where appropriate, to maximise comfort.
-
An incision is made either just beneath the lower eyelashes or inside the eyelid, depending on your surgical plan. Excess fat may be removed or repositioned, and the incision is then carefully closed.
-
Swelling, bruising and mild discomfort are expected during the first one to two weeks. Cold compresses and post-operative care instructions help support recovery.
-
As swelling settles over the following weeks, the lower eyelids appear smoother and more refreshed, revealing the final result gradually.
